应用软件升级故障处理
1. 故障1
(1) 故障现象
启动路由器，用tftp 方式升级vrp 软件，结果显示如下：
download program to flash through net port
boot device : errdev
unit number : 0
processor number : 0
file name : ar46.bin
inet on ethernet (e) : 1.1.1.1
host inet (h) : 1.1.1.2
user (u) : user
ftp password (pw) : password
flags (f) : 0x80
loading... loading failed
(2) 故障处理
以上故障的产生是由于选择了错误的应用程序下载设备“errdev”，将“errdev”改为“wancom”即可。wancom 为ar 46 路由器的应用程序升级设备。
2 故障2
(1) 故障现象
启动路由器，用tftp 方式升级应用程序，结果显示如下：
download program to flash through net port
boot device : wancom
unit number : 0
processor number : 0
file name : ar46.bin
inet on ethernet (e) : 1.1.1.1
host inet (h) : 1.1.1.2
user (u) : user
ftp password (pw) : password
flags (f) : 0x80
attached tcp/ip interface to wancom0.
subnet mask: 0xffffffc0
attaching network interface lo0... done.
loading... error code 2: access violation
tftpget: error occurred while transferring the file.
a bad file or twisted pair doesn't link correctly!loading failed
(2) 故障处理
以上故障的产生是由于所下载的文件不存在或网线没有插好，请确定所需要下载的文件位于tftp 的根目录，并确定网线已经插好。
3 故障3
(1) 故障现象
启动路由器，用tftp 方式升级vrp 软件，结果显示如下：
download program to flash through net port
boot device : wancom
unit number : 0
processor number : 0
file name : ar46.bin
inet on ethernet (e) : 1.1.1.1
host inet (h) : 1.1.1.3
user (u) : user
ftp password (pw) : password
flags (f) : 0x80

loading... tftpget: error occurred while transferring the file.

(2) 故障处理
以上故障的产生是由于计算机ip 地址配置不正确，请正确配置计算机ip 地址
4. 故障4
(1) 故障现象
启动路由器，用tftp 方式升级vrp 软件，结果显示如下：

boot device : wancom
unit number : 0
processor number : 0
file name : ar46.bin
inet on ethernet (e) : 1.1.1.1
host inet (h) : 1.1.1.2
user (u) : user
ftp password (pw) : password
flags (f) : 0x80
loading... done
1000 bytes downloaded.crc error!
(2) 故障处理
以上故障的产生是由于下载的文件不是ar46 路由器的程序文件，请指定正确的应用程序文件。
路由器主机及智能接口卡上均帖有包含相关生产维修信息的条形码，如用户需要返修设备，请将故障设备的条形码反馈给代理商。
