标准鼠标功能
使用“usb接头”安装鼠标
1 令pc保持开启。将鼠标的usb connection(usb接头)插到计算机上的usb端口。
2 屏幕上出现信息add new hardware wizard(添加新硬件向导)]单击 next(下一步)。
3 选择search(搜索)以搜索最适合设备的驱动程序]单击next(下一步)]next(下一步)]next(下一步)。屏幕上出现信息please insert disk labeled windows cd rom(请插入标有windows cd rom的光盘)]单击ok(确定)。
4 导航／浏览到鼠标驱动程序文件夹(可能已经在硬盘上或在含有当前windows操作系统的光盘上)。然后，选择适当的驱动程序并单击ok(确定)。单击finish(完成)。
标准鼠标功能安装完成。
使用“ps/2适配器接头”安装鼠标
1 关闭pc。
2 将鼠标的“ps／2适配器接头”插到计算机上的ps／2端口。
3 打开pc和监视器。标准鼠标功能安装完成。
添加特殊程序功能(可选)
要为“viewsonic optical mouse mc204”添加特殊程序功能，请按以下步骤安装鼠标驱动程序：
1 将“viewsonic optical mouse”随附的软盘插到计算机中。
2 单击windows的start(开始)按钮]选择run(运行)]键入a：＼setup.exe]单击ok(确定)。等待片刻直至出现第一个屏幕。
3 选择语言]next(下一步)]next(下一步)]select ps2/usb mouse]next(下一步)]next(下一步)]next(下一步)]next(下一步)]finish(完成)。
系统会自动重新启动。
4 要选择鼠标功能，双击任务栏上的鼠标设置图标。或者，单击windows的start(开始)按钮]programs(程序)]viewmate optical mouse mc204]“viewmate optical mouse mc204控制台”图标。
mouse setting(浏览器鼠标设置)屏幕。选择鼠标功能。
5 为将来获取客户服务做准备：请打印本用户指南并在第1页的for your records／(用户记录)中记下序列号。序列号在鼠标的底部。
可在网站上在线注册产品。请参阅本指南中的“客户支持”表。
要卸载鼠标驱动程序：单击start(开始)]programs(程序)]viewmate optical mouse]uninstall viewmate optical mouse mc202]next(下一步)]finish(完成)。
mousemate software features
to change from office easyjump mode to traditional easy jump mode, just click the right button on the viewsonic logo in the center of the easy jump frisbee.
the“traditional easyjump” lets you use eight cyber functions more easily and quickly.
once you press the button you assigned, the “easyjump”
frisbee will pop up and eight functions will be displayed on frisbee.
switch applications
when the right-button or magic-roller is set to “switch ap”, you can quickly switch from one open application to another without moving the mouse. to switch to a specific application, press the the right button or the magic-roller to select the application.
zoom function for office and ie applications
press the “ctrl” key and move the “magic-roller” forward (or backward) to set the zoom in/out function. you can also use just one hand to zoom in/out: set the right button to be the “ctrl” function, press the fight button and move the “magic-roller” forward (or backward) to enlarge (or decrease) the document window.
auto-panning
you can set this function in the button assignment menu. move the mouse, and the document moves in the direction you just moved.
uninstall the software
follow these instructions to remove the software from your hard disk. in windows, click on the start button, select programs and move to the mouse software. then click on uninstall software.
customize the software
this section shows you how to customize the software. to open the software control panel, you can double-click on the icon in the task bar or select the “software”icon from the program group.
close the software
click the fight button on the taskbar, and select “close software” to close the software.
