4.3.1 安装前的准备

    1 red hat enterprise linux as 3.0 安装光盘（4张）

    2 蓝海豚导航软件光盘

    3 adaptec 7902 driver for red hat enterprise linux as 3.0（通过蓝海豚导航软件光盘制作）

    4.3.2 安装步骤

    1. 启动系统。将第一张安装光盘放入光驱，选择从光盘引导。

    2. 在显示boot：时，输入：linux dd，按回车键继续安装。

    3. 系统显示driver disk：do you have a driver disk? 选择yes。

    系统显示driver disk source 默认fd0 , 选择ok。

    系统显示insert driver disk，插入adaptec 7902 driver for red hat enterprise linux av 3.0 软盘，选择ok。

    系统显示more driver disks？ 选择no。

    系统显示：cd found

    to begin testing the cd media before installation press ok.

    choose skip to skip the media test and start the installation.

    在此选择[skip] 跳过光盘检测。

    4. 系统进入welcome to red hat enterprise linux as界面，点击[next] 继续安装。

    5. 系统进入language selection 界面，选择安装操作系统的语言版本，本例以“english”为准安装。

    6. 系统进入keyboard 界面，在此我们选择：

    u.s.english

    选择[next] 按钮继续安装。

    7. 系统进入鼠标配置界面（mouse configuration）

    选择鼠标的类型为：2 button mouse （ps/2）。

    选择[next] 按钮继续安装。

    8. 以下是进行分区类型的选择。

    disk partitioning setup

    有两种类型供选择：

    automatically partition （自动分区）

    manually partition with disk druid （手动分区）

    可以根据安装者的实际情况进行安装，本安装以手动分区为准，选择[next] 按钮继续安装。

    9. 进入手动分区界面，（如果硬盘上已经有分区，会显示已有的分区情况），首先选择硬盘，用鼠标点击“new”，创建新分区。

    在mount point中选中根分区：/, 在size(mb)中输入分区的大小，选择“ok”完成根分区的创建。

    以同样的方法创建引导分区：/boot

    创建交换分区(swap)，用鼠标点击“new”，创建新分区。点击“ext3”，在下拉菜单中选中“swap”，在size(mb)中输入交换分区的大小（根据内存的大小，如果内存在512mb以下，按照内存的2倍进行设置，如果内存超过512mb，可以把交换分区设置成1gb）。

    创建好分区后，选择[next] 按钮继续安装。

    10. 安装程序进入到“boot loader configuration”安装界面，点击[next] 按钮继续安装。

    11. 安装程序进入到“network configuration” 安装界面，系统检测到两块网络设备，默认自动启用eth0 网卡。可在此选择配置网络设置及使用多块网卡。我们这里以一块网卡，配置为dhcp 为例，点击[next] 按钮继续安装。

    12. 进行防火墙设置(firewall)

    根据实际需要选择

    no firewall

    enable firewall

    选择[next] 按钮继续安装。

    13. 进入语言支持选择安装界面（additional language support），根据实际需要可以选择多种支持语言，点击[next] 继续安装。

    14. 进入时区选择“time zone selection”安装界面，选择“asia/shanghai”，选择[next] 按钮继续安装。

    15. 进入根用户帐号口令安装程序“set root password”，根据用户的需要设置，至少6位，点击[next] 继续安装。

    16. 进入安装程序包的“package defaults”界面。

    accept the current packages list.

    customize the set of packages to be installed.

    选择“customize the set of packages to be installed”项，点击[next] 继续安装。

    17. 系统进入“package group selection”界面，在此我们选择“development”中的development tools kernel development两个软件包，用户也可以根据实际需要进行选择，确认选中要安装的软件包后选择[next] 按钮继续安装

    18. 安装程序进入“about to install”，单击[next] 按钮，安装程序开始安装拷贝文件。

    19. 在拷贝文件的过程中，会提示插入第二张、第三张，第四张安装盘，然后再插入第一张安装盘，按照提示进行操作。

    20. 安装程序进入到“graphical interface (x) configuration”窗口，选择显卡类型，使用默认值，继续安装。

    21. 安装程序进入到显示器的配置界面“monitor configuration”，选择显示器类型，在此我们使用默认值，选择[next] 按钮继续安装。

    22. 安装程序进入到“customize graphics configuration”，根据实际需要进行分辨率和登陆界面的选择。

    23. 进入「congratulations」界面，表示系统安装成功。单击[exit]按钮，取出安装光盘，取出驱动软盘。系统自动重新启动。

    24. 系统进入“welcome to red hat enterprise linux”界面，选择[next] 按钮继续安装。

    25. 系统进入“license agreement”界面，选择“yes，i agree tothe license agreement.”，单击[next] 继续安装。

    26. 系统进入“date and time” 界面，请设置正确的时间和日期。

    27. 系统进入“user account” 界面，用户可根据实际需要添加用户，然后点击[next]按钮继续安装。

    28. 安装程序提示是否要进行网上注册

    yes, i want to register my system with red hat network.

    no, i do not want to register my system

    可以根据自己的实际情况进项选择，然后选择[next]，继续安装。

    29.additional cds

    安装程序询问是否安装其他的应用程序，根据实际情况进行选择，或者按照默认值进行安装，选择[next]，继续安装。

    30. 安装程序提示finished setup

    安装结束。
