右键单击（windows 或linux 中）或者单击（mac osx 中）“智能面板”图标，然后选择options(选项)。

    将打开下面窗口。

   

    1 display when job is finished for network printer( 网络打印机作业完成时显示)：在windows 中，作业完成时计算机将显示智能面板弹出窗口或气球（仅限支持windows 网络打印的打印机）。

    2 display when error occurs during printing( 打印过程中出错时显示)：打印过程中发生错误时，计算机将显示智能面板弹出窗口或气球。

    3 display with( 显示方式)：可以选择让计算机显示消息的方式。如果选择popup window (smart panel)/ 弹出窗口（智能面板），在windows 和mac os x 中，消息将出现在智能面板弹出窗口中。

    4 launch job monitor when the job is saved in the printer(作业保存到打印机时启动“作业监视器”)：如果将打印作业存储在打印机的硬盘上，则在windows 中，计算机将打开作业监视器窗口（仅限支持windows 网络打印且具有内置硬盘的打印机）。

    5 schedule an automatic status checking every( 确定自动状态检查的时间间隔)：计算机将定期更新打印机状态。如果将该值设为1秒钟左右，计算机会更频繁地检查打印机状态，从而能更快地响应任何打印机错误。
