1 在使用windows 2000 时，安装之前请勿连接相机和电脑。
2 在windows 2000/xp 中，以管理员身份登录。
3 安装附送的软件时，会自动安装usb 驱动程序。
1 打开电脑，并将cd-rom （附送）插入cd-rom 驱动器。
出现安装菜单画面。
2 单击[install]。
出现“choose setup language”画面。
3 选择所需语言，然后单击[next]。
出现[location settings] 画面。

在出现[welcome to the install shield wizard for sony picture utility] 时，单击[next]。
出现“license agreement”画面。

5 按照画面上的指示完成安装。
1)出现重新启动确认信息时，请按照画面上的指示重新启动电脑。
2)根据电脑的系统环境而定，可能安装directx。
6 在安装完成后，请取出cd-rom。
软件安装后，桌面上将会创建客户注册网站的快捷方式图标。
