原因: hp photosmart 已关机。
解决方法: 查看hp photosmart 上的显示屏。如果显示屏上没有显示，并且开／关机按钮不亮，则说明hp photosmart 还没有启动。请确保电源线已牢固地连接到hp photosmart 上并且已插入电源插座中。按开／关机按钮启动hp photosmart。
原因: hp photosmart 没有连接到计算机上。
解决方法: 如果没有将hp photosmart 正确连接到计算机上，就会出现通信错误。确保usb 电缆已牢固地连接到hp photosmart 和计算机上，如下图所示。

原因: 最后一次使用hp photosmart 时，没有正确关机。如果通过关闭插线板的开关或墙壁开关来关闭hp photosmart，设备可能会损坏。
解决方法: 按hp photosmart 控制面板上的开／关机按钮启动和关闭设备。双向通信中断
