after completing the configuration wizard the first time that you run meetingpoint, you can change the configuration information through the system properties dialog boxes. the system properties are accessible from several locations.

    the table below describes the quickest way to access the configuration information that you entered in the configuration wizard.

    user information in the conference panel, right-click and then click properties. in the properties dialog box, click the user data icon.
