you can replace an empty or outdated phone book with one previously saved to a diskette.

    · to replace a phone book

    1. press [menu]. the main menu opens.

    2. select general. the general dialog box opens.

    3. insert the diskette with the saved phone book into the drive.

    4. press the green load pbk softkey. a message appears, asking if you want to overwrite the current phone book.

    5. press [ok]. mediaconnect replaces the current phone book with the phone book on the diskette.
