Canopus real-time plug-in for Adobe Premiere
dvstorm is limited to 53 simultaneous video clips playing in real-time. this means that you can have up to 3 avis playing simultaneously at a single point in time on the timeline. if you have more than 3 avis playing back simultaneously, the segment will need to be rendered before you can play it back.

aside from premiere's 99 video track limit, and the speed of your system and hard drives, there are no limits to the number of graphic or still image overlays playing in realtime.

when using the canopus picture-in-picture, chroma key, and luminance key filters to overlay video clips, the keyedout area (the background for picture-in-picture) will appear gray in the on-screen filter preview and the filter preview dv and analog output. this is a limitation of the way pre miere works. if you use the canopus picture-in-picture, chroma key, or luminance key transitions instead of the filters, you will be able to see the background video in the preview.

audio filter previews in premiere are limited to 10 seconds and audio filter preview is only available when monitor out is enabled. see the premiere chapter of your user's guide for more information.

the canopus slow motion video filter, the canopus media importer audio filter, and the canopus directx plugin bridge audio filter are not available in premiere.

you must manually set the dvstorm device control in the premiere preferences when you first set up premiere.

loading a preset cannot change this setting. see the premiere chapter of your user's guide for more information.
