    luminance key is only selectable for insert av clips.

    cannot select chroma key

    chroma key is only selectable for insert av clips.

    cannot select background color or video for picturein picture

    picture-in-picture background color and the video background option are available only for main av clips.

    color corrected video clip shows different color on output

    not all colors are safe for broadcast. make sure the safe color box is checked in the color correction filter dialog.
