    · solving problems

    this section is an overview of the process of troubleshooting, it also tells you where you can get further information.

    · image quality problems

    this section helps you to solve any image quality problems you may be experiencing. it takes you through the troubleshooting procedure step-bystep.

    · ink supply problems

    this section guides you when you have problems installing the ink consumable. the ink cartridge, the printhead with its accompanying printhead cleaner. there is also a topic on how to clean the printhead so that you do not damage it and inside the carriage assembly.

    · media problems

    this section contains information on what to do if you have image smears and/or marks on your media and also what to do if you have a media jam.

    · image error

    this section contains information on what to do if the image that your printer printed is incorrect, or not what you expected.

    this section is a section for miscellaneous problems.
