in adobe premiere, all of the transitions can be found in the transitions palette. by default, the matrox transitions are found in the matrox folder.

    an easy way to create a matrox transition is to drag the desired effect from the transitions palette to the transition track of the timeline (between clips on the video 1a and 1b tracks).
