right click on a clip in the gallery or timeline, or select view ] clip info from the main menu. this displays a lot of the same information you can see if you are using the gallery in detail or thumbnail and detail mode.

some of this information can be edited. if a clip is on a timeline, choose edit ] clip description from the main menu. if the clip is in a gallery, you can also right click on it in the gallery and choose edit clip info. the window that opens allows you to edit the clip's title and note.
