Capture Status Bar
whether you are using quick capture or creating a batch capture list, keep an eye on the status bar at the bottom of the window for important information.
here you can keep up to date on how much hard drive space you have available in the various drives you capture to and how many clips you have captured.
the gallery drop-down menu allows determines the gallery that the captured clips will be sent to when the capture session is finished. they are being saved to. if you alter the setting partially through a capture session, the first clips will go to one gallery, and the latter clips will go to another.
keyboard shortcuts for quick capture
when the quick capture interface is open you may use the 1 and 2 keys on the keypad to record and stop. alternately, the first time you press the spacebar quick capture will start recording, the second time you press the spacebar the recording will stop and the new clip will be saved.
to place index markers on a clip as you capture it, press the comma key.
