1. if you wish to batch recapture selected clips only, first select these clips on the timeline by holding down the shift key and left clicking with the mouse on individual clips.

    2. with the timeline active, select output ] recapture from the main menu. a window opens.

   

    3. choose one of the three options:

    all - the entire timeline.

    selected -the clips you have selected on the timeline.

    reel and timecode - a specific reel's clips, and you can choose a timecode range or leave it at the default of 0 - 24 hours, which would capture all the clips that were on that reel.

    or you can use the load button to import a previously created batch capture list (brt).

    4. press ok. this creates a new batch capture list, using the in and out points of the clips on the timeline.
