2. 将10针rj45接头插入voyager 或 voyagercg的末端插口。插好后可听见“啪”的一声脆响。
■ 如果扫描仪从主机系统取电，则跳至第5步。
3. 将电源的l形插针插入powerlink 电缆的电源插口。
4. 确保电源的交流电输入要求同插座的规格相匹配。将电源插进插座。插座应靠近系统装置以方便插拔。
5. 将powerlink电缆插入主机的适当端口。
6. 打开主机系统。
■ 连接扫描仪到主机系统的某一端口并不能保证扫描信息的正确传输。扫描仪在出厂时被设置在缺省默认状态。要获得如何对扫描仪进行设置的指导，请参看metroselect↑tm设置手册或metroset↑tm 2帮助文件。此外，请检查扫描仪和主机系统是否使用同一通信协议。
■ 所有ms9520/9540-00 扫描仪在出厂时已被设置在"laser emulation mode"。如果要使扫描仪恢复出厂默认值，"laser emulation mode"就不再有效。请参看metroselect 设置手册 (mlpn 00-02544a) 上ms9520/9540-00 laser emulation mode 这一节中的设置说明。
