allows you to select an output device for the display and do settings for the selected device.
analog monitor
if selected, clicking the device adjustments' button will bring out a 2-tabbed dialog box that allows you to adjust the screen and the display timing. (see p. 31.)

if selected, you can do further settings on the tv format, color depth and video output format.
clicking change format will bring out a dialog box. select your locale from the list so the system knows which tv format to use. a proper tv format is vital for proper display.
