    3 obtain a return merchandise authorization (rma) number from the sales representative or dealer.

    4 carefully pack the product in an anti-static package, and send it, pre-paid, to the dealer. the rma number should be visible on the outside of the package, and include a description of the problem along with the return address and telephone number of a technical contact.
