the media, ribbon, and label available sensors should be cleaned on a regular basis to ensure proper operation of the printer. to locate these sensors, refer to figure 27 on page 67, figure 6 on page 11, and figure 7 on page 12. brush/vacuum any accumulated paper lint and dust off of these sensors.
