1. from the main menu using the viewstation remote control, select the new call type icon.

   

    2. select the streaming call icon.

    to view a webcast from a computer, refer to the “viewing a webcast” section located on the polycom streamstation website (http://streamstation.polycom.com/documentation/.)

    3. the streaming call screen has the following options:

    please create the streaming video password: this option is used to limit entry to view a webcast. passwords are not required to view a streaming call.

    allow viewers to submit questions: deselect this icon to disallow webcast viewers to submit questions during the meeting.

    ecord meeting: to record a meeting, select the record meeting check box.

    meeting name: a meeting name is required which is listed on the streamstation web page after the meeting is finished.

    password: enter a password to restrict web playback access.

    4. select the start icon to begin the live webcast.
