    excessive feedback may occur if the microphone pods is positioned too close to the audio output of the viewstation. place the microphone pod 5 feet or 1.5 meters away from television speaker and within 5 feet or 1.5 meters of the video call participants.

    if a large conference room is used, ensure that all participants are within 10 feet or 3 meters of the microphone pods. one additional microphone pod can be connected in series. an additional microphone pod can be purchased from the polycom website.
