1 you can edit pages displayed in the main view in the view window or whiteboard windows as follows.
(1)you can use the marker or eraser for additions and modifications.
(2)you can add a page. (whiteboard window only)
(3)you can delete a page.
(4)you can select portions or entire page and save the contents in the clipboard or copy to other applications.
2 draw and erase handwritten lines on a page
(1) display the page where you want to draw or erase handwritten lines in main view.

(3) position the mouse where you want to draw a handwritten line on the page and drag the mouse.

(5) drag the mouse to the area on the page you want to erase.
remark:(1)to return to the state before the changes, click [undo] in the [edit] menu.
3 cundo
you can return handwritten lines drawn using the marker or erased using the eraser to their original state, stroke by stroke.
cthe width and color of the markers and the size of the eraser can be changed.
(1) click [undo] in the [edit] menu.
to return to the previous state, click [undo] again.
remark:①to perform the operation that was undone once again, click [redo] in the [edit] menu.
the [undo] / [redo] can be used over and over however if the page changes, the [undo] / [redo] may reset.
4 add a new page to the ipb document (whiteboard window only)
in the whiteboard mode, add a new page next to the last page of the ipb document. when advancing the screen of the interactive panaboard during a meeting, add a new page.
(1) click [add new page] in the [edit] menu.
a new page will be added next to the last page of the ipb document and the display switched to that page.
remark:a maximum of 50 pages can be recorded. this software cannot add more than 50 pages.
5 add a copy of the currently displayed page to the ipb document (whiteboard window only)
in the whiteboard mode, add a copy of the page currently displayed in main view next to the last page of theipb document.
use this to leave the current contents on the screen of the interactive panaboard unchanged while adding new changes.
(1) click [add copy page] in the [edit] menu.
a copy of the currently displayed page will be added next to the last page of the ipb document and the display switched to that page.
6 delete currently displayed page
(1) display the page you want to delete in the main view.
(2) click [delete current page] in the [edit] menu.
a dialog box will be displayed asking you to confirm the delete.
(3) click the [ok] button to delete.
use caution because deleted pages cannot be recovered to their original state by [undo] in the [edit] menu.
7 select page

(2) diagonally drag the mouse over the portion of the page you want to select.
①the selected area will be displayed in reverse.
②to select the entire page, click [select all] in the [edit] menu. the entire page will be displayed in reverse.
remark:to cancel the selected state, click outside of the selected area.
8 copy selected page range to clipboard

①the selected area will be displayed in reverse.
(2) click [copy] in the [edit] menu.
remark:(1)to cancel the selected state, click outside of the selected area.
(2)the image copied to the clipboard can be pasted in other applications.
(3)the image copied to the clipboard becomes bmp image.
9 copy selected page range to other application by dragging and dropping
(1) open the file where the data will be copied to and adjust the position of the applicationwindow such that the page to be copied and the file to be copied to are displayed in the screen. arrange the documents such that both the information to be dragged and the position where that information will be dropped are displayed. you can copy data to other applications by dragging and dropping the selected page area. to perform this operation, the application copied to must support ole (object linking and embedding).

(3) drag the selected area to the copy destination of the other application.
remark:(1)to cancel the selected state, click outside of the selected area.
(2)the file formats when copying by dragging and dropping can be selected from the formats below. bitmap files (*.bmp), tiff files (*.tif) or jpeg files (*.jpg)
