if you forgot or lost the password, usethe following procedure to reboot the system:

    step 1. power off the switch and remove the cover

    step 2. insert the plug into the pins on the switch board (see the figure 18)

    please insert into the two pins on the top left corner (see the figure 17)

    step 3. power on the switch, then the screen as the figure 16 will be popped-up

   

    step 4. remove the plug and replace the switch cover

    step5. power on the switch

    the login password will be returned to "switch "after operating the above procedure.
