    this unit can play mp3 files recorded on cd-r/rw with a computer.

    files are treated as tracks and folders are treated as groups.

    1 discs must conform to iso9660 level 1 or 2 (except for extended formats).

    2 this unit is compatible with multi-session but if there are a lot of sessions it takes more time for play to start. keep the number of sessions to a minimum to avoid this.

    3 if you play a mp3 track that includes still picture data, it will take some time before the music itself starts playing and the elapsed time will not be displayed during this time. even after the track starts, the correct play time will not be displayed.

    4 this unit is not compatible with id3 tags or packet writing.

    5 depending on recording some items may not be playable.

    6 compatible sampling rate: 16, 22.05, 24, 32, 44.1 and 48 khz.

    compatible compression rate: between 32 kbps and 320 kbps maximum number of tracks and groups recognizable: 999 tracks and 99 groups

    naming folders and files

    1 mp3 files must have the extension “.mp3” or “.mp3”.

    2 at the time of recording, give folder and file names a 3-digit numeric prefix in the order you want them to play (this may not work at times).
