1 applying power to the sonicwall

    plug the power cord into the sonicwall and the other end into an appropriate power outlet. turn on the sonicwall using the on/off switch located on the back of the appliance.

    the power light turns green when power is applied to the sonicwall and the test light remains lit for approximately one minute while the sonicwall performs a series of diagnostic tests. when the test light is no longer lit, the sonicwall is ready for configuration.
